The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in L'Étang-Salé, Réunion. It has a floor area of 190 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

All the rooms in the house are on one level.

The property comprises the following:
– A veranda with dining tables and access to the terrace with a swimming pool.
– A living room with a corner sofa and a TV.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200), a desk and a view of the swimming pool and the ocean.
– Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: each with a queen-size bed (160x200).
– Bedroom 5: with two single beds and a desk.
– A bathroom with a shower and bath.
– A shower room with a walk-in shower.
– Two separate toilets.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. A cot and high chair are available at an extra charge.

Outdoors:
– A private 3.5 m x 7 m swimming pool, open all year round and heated during the winter (from May to September). It is secured by an alarm.
– A garden of approximately 500 m² featuring an outdoor kitchen with a plancha, a covered terrace with a table tennis table and armchairs. At the front of the house is the terrace with the swimming pool overlooking the ocean, a small pergola with a garden table seating 10 people and garden furniture. You’ll also find four sun loungers.

The house is ideally situated in L'Étang-Salé, in a very pleasant setting. A car is essential for easy access to all the essential shops.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private courtyard (2–3 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– A car is recommended.
– A bus service runs two to three times a day into town.
– Saint-Pierre/Pierrefonds Airport is 14 km away.
– Roland Garros Airport is 73 km away.
