We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide. Had a fabulous holiday weekend at the Algonquin - loved the pool and the hot tube and the holiday decorations, felt like we were in a Hallmark movie set! This might just become an annual adventure!

The apartment was very clean, with comfortable furnishings. The fenced yard was a big bonus for our small dog and the hot tub was a nice experience for the adults and the 9 yr old. Beautiful water view. There is electric heating in all the rooms but it was VERY windy which created a cold draft.

While the Dome was much closer to the neighboring properties than we expected, the space was clean and comfortable. Interesting acoustics (some spaces echo) within the dome mean we won't come back with the kids, but it was a great place to relax and visit the sites in St Andrews.
