Private parking is available, as well as a summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered terrace. The private, heated swimming pool (4x7m) is open from May to September. You are 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, and 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its motor racing circuit are 10 km away. The cottage consists on the ground floor of: 3 bedrooms including: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and private shower room/WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed; A bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate toilet, a shower room, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a lounge area overlooking the pool. Under a covered area overlooking the pool (with a sliding glass door allowing the space to be fully opened or closed), there is a summer kitchen, a dining area, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (140cm) and 2 with two single beds (90cm), a shower room, a separate toilet, and a relaxation area designed for children.
