Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned loft flat for rent in L'Île-Rousse, situated around 150 metres from the beach. It measures 125 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor, you will find:
– A 40 m² living room with a TV, fireplace (firewood not provided), sofa bed and dining area.
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200).
– A sleeping area under the mezzanine, enclosed by a blackout curtain, with a double sofa bed (160×200).
– A bathroom with a bath and toilet.
– A shower room with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find:
– A 25 m² mezzanine (1.80 m high) with a double bed (140×190), a single bed and blackout curtains.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
– A 20 m² courtyard, which is sunny until early afternoon, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally situated in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
