Buon hotel al centro del paese
Buon residence di recente costruzione al centro del paese e a poca distanza dalla spiaggia . Appartamento confortevole ,ben curato migliorabile nei dettagli ( un po' scarso lo spazio per gli abiti ) ; bella piscina ,giardino curato staff gentile e disponibile !

Clean Appartment with Strict Rules!
We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher but is a little short on utensils. Maybe most guest bring this sort of thing but as we are from Canada we had to rely on what was there. The furniture was Roche Bobois but it wasn't as comfortable as I expected. There are also strict rules about cleaning up before you check out with fines attached. We didn't expect this and there were no cleaning supplies although the hotel notice indicates there are. There was no one around to ask .. Otherwise, the indoor pool is very nice. We didn't try the outdoor pool as we visited in the off season.There is ample parking and the town is a short walk

Modern and very clean apartment with plenty of room for 2. We stayed in a sea view 1 bed apartment. 4 adults maybe a squeeze particularly wardrobe space. Kitchen functional..i would suggest table mats and coasters and a larger chopping board. They supply a kitchen cloth towel so didn't need to use mine. A large fridge freezer and ice cube trays. If I were to be really really picky, I would say a larger kitchen worktop would be handy and some shelves or cupboard to put food in as well as a shelf in the shower area for shower toiletries. Again, that's me being really picky. Outdoor pool with plenty of sunbeds and not many people there at anyone time. Jacuzzi style indoor pool. Both were quite cold for me. Separate hot jacquzzi which was warmish. Informed reception one side didn't bubble which she immediately said she'd get it seen to. Good tarmac and gated parking area. Indoor pool has a separate area with cushioned sunloungers...very peaceful. Cushions would be welcomed on the outdoor sunloungers. A 5 mins walk into the main seaside town with plenty of restaurants. Sandra, the receptionist, was ever so helpful amd pleasant. All in all, it ticked all of our boxes amd one of the cleanest and best places we've stayed at. Very well thought through. Definitely recommend staying here.

Had a fabulous week at this place! The location is perfect, minutes away from the shops, beach, restaurants and train station. A special mention to Sandra who was the loveliest! She helped with everything ,from checking us is to organising excursions and taxis. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. Lovely outdoor and indoor pool. Highly recommended!

Tout était parfait !
Super séjour! Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les occupants et toujours à l’écoute. Résidence très récente en très bon état et bien pensée. Localisation parfaite a qq minutes à pieds du centre et des plages.

We loved Residence Saletta! The apartments are minimally furnished in a nice, modern way and have fabulous air conditioning with comfy beds. We had a top floor sea view apartment and enjoyed many mornings and evenings playing cards and ferry spotting on the balcony. Visiting during the current pandemic meant we didn’t want to eat out a lot but we were perfectly situated in the town to nip out to local shops for groceries or a take away pizza / an ice cream and could cook easily and eat in the lovely apartment. The swimming pools are great and having two meant neither felt crowded. One is meant to be heated and has some jacuzzi style jets at one end but the temperature was the same as the larger pool. It didn’t need to be heated in the lovely Corsican weather though. There is a great bakery delivery option you can sign up for where you get freshly baked croissant and bread delivered before 9am to your door which my kids LOVED. There is a small outdoor bar and apparently a breakfast buffet but I’m not sure if it was running due to the pandemic. The communal areas are furnished beautifully in a minimalistic but trendy way. Great soft furnishings. Really helpful receptionist Melissa who did a restaurant booking for us, helped with searching for a car hire and generally was super helpful. The town and beach are within 5 min walking distance and both delightful. The water in the sea is crystal clear and wonderful to swim In. There is a market every morning in the old town

Ballades en Balagne
Séjour d'une semaine en couple fin octobre. Accueil agréable et attentionné avec un surclassement en prime! Appartement spacieux et très propre avec un espace cuisine parfaitement équipé. Grande(s) et belle(s) salles de bain. Le parking gratuit dans l'enceinte de la résidence est un réel plus. Résidence très bien située, à proximité du centre ville (commerçants et restaurants), de la plage et de la petite gare pour rejoindre Calvi en train par le bord de mer. Le beau temps et la chaleur pendant la semaine ont de plus participé à rendre notre séjour en Balagne des plus agréable.

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse hos Résidence Saletta. Att vädret var superbra hela veckan gjorde inte saken sämre. Ett mycket trevligt lägenhetshotell, med två pooler. Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Stor parkering, vilket var bra för oss som hade en hyrbil. Väldigt nära till centrum och strand. Det som kan förbättras är den skrivna informationen i lägenheterna. Det dök upp en del frågor som lätt hade kunnat besvaras med skriftlig information, exempelvis var man slänger soporna. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Really great appart- hotel/ residence
A four day stay in the lovely Isle Rousse coming by train/ foot. A really great apparthotel which seemed almost brand new. It had a super porch that took a dining table and sofa with space to spare. It was well shaded which suits us better. Two bedrooms both good size and good comfy beds. Great kitchen area with oven and induction jobs. All utensils. Large joined area with dining and sofa- was a sofabed really. Free coffee in reception that is open all day- also biscuits. We made almost all our meals and breakfasts. Fridge/ freezer. Is literally 3 minutes flat walk to station and 5 minutes walk to great sandy beach. Sun worshippers will love. Two hourly trains to active beaches and Calvi but train very crowded with no actual seats in one of two carriages. Little boats for hire and some water sports but also Segway- great fun- try a baptism for 17e. Many good restaurants in 5 minutes walk and covered market each day. Is an old fashioned resort but many shops and two supermarkets very close by and well stocked/ not expensive. Washing machine costs 6.50 and is good- powder available for 1e. Often people probably stay weekly but they have opened up to Hotels.com for shorter stays. Two great swimming pools, one heated to about 28c- very relaxing. Youngsters tend to go in the cooler one. Mention in appartement of 150 cleaning charge if not left in clean condition but reception which is manned for 2 hrs twice a day said empty freezer and black bin and that is all that is needed.

La résidence est très bien située : facile d'accès et à moins de 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, où l'on peut flâner dans les ruelles commerçantes ou sur le bord de plage. Résidence sécurisée en parfait état avec matériaux et ameublement de choix. Literie parfaite, même dans le canapé ! Équipement de la cuisine : tout y est, même les capsules pour le lave-vaisselle ! Pas besoin d'amener non plus, les serviettes pour la piscine, elle sont fournies. Isolation très bonne, pour ne pas dire parfaite. Nous y avons été très bien accueillis et nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Lyxig lägenhet, fantastik personal, perfekt läge!
Vi brukar föredra hotell för servicen men detta lägenhetsboende överträffar alla förväntningar. Modern lägenhet med 2 sovrum samt kombinerat kök/vardagsrum. Välutrustat kök med moderna utrusning och porslin för alla ändamål. Vid ankomst fanns 1 flaska vatten, 1 påse bryggkaffe, biscotti samt diskmedel både flytande och i tablettform för diskmaskin. Modernt möblerat med platt tv och wifi i alla rum. Två stora badrum med toalett och dusch med hand- och duschhanddukar, därtill stora badlakan enkom för beachen. Stor välmöblerad altan, välvårdad trädgård och rena pooler. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukost med mycket frukt, sötbröd och yoghurt fanns mot betalning för den som önskade, dock saknades ägg samt varmt så efter en dags test gjorde vi själva vår frukost. Vi hade bokat 3 nätter för att kunna byta ifall vi inte var nöjda men bokade till ytterligare 3 nätter på plats. Perfekt läge med mindre än 5 minuters gångväg till strand och/eller stan. Fri parkering. Ett mycket prisvärt och trevligt boende som vi starkt kan rekommendera.

Séjour idyllique dans une très belle résidence
La résidence est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous avions vu sur le site. Nous avions une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. L'appartement était confortable. Climatisation et téléviseur dans le séjour et la chambre. Belle superficie des pièces et du balcon. A moins de 100 m des rues piétonnes du centre ville, plage à 8 minutes à pied. L'endroit est très calme. Le personnel est charmant et à l'écoute.

An excellent apartment - brand new, very nice, quite and convenient location. Fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. We enjoyed shopping in the city of I'll Rouse, which has a daily marked with all you need for preparing your own lunch. Remember to vist the small bakery around corner producing freshly baked cookies.

Situation et confort exceptionnel !
Accueil exceptionnel. situation tout près de la plage , du centre ville et du port. Très belle deco de l'appartement et grand confort .
