Cocoonr offers this charming 65 m² flat with sea and mountain views for rent in L'Île-Rousse, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 60 m². Wifi included. The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with two double sofa beds (140×190), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Two terraces of 25 m² and 35 m², facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 50 m² shared garden, fully enclosed

The flat is ideally located in l'île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private parking space.
