The room was a bit run down - chipped paint etc. On the first night we couldn’t get the tv to work, and neither could the staff person who came to help. The fan in the room didn’t work and wasn’t repaired for the duration of our stay. The safe didn’t work and when we queried the staff, we were given a key - so it seemed as though the combination lock hadn’t worked for a while. My son had a shower and after a while we noticed that the bathroom was flooding, due to a cracked shower base. When we reported this to the staff we were given a mop to clean it up ourselves, as if we had caused the problem. The female staff member who checked us in and out was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. The food at the restaurant was good, as was the breakfast, and the male staff were all helpful and friendly.
