Decorated with taste and elegance, it benefits from comfortable and functional facilities. A pretty private terrace completes this property to take full advantage of the garden.

The accommodation comprises: A living room of 22m² with fully equipped open kitchen with built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, a dining table with five chairs, a lounge area with a 43-inch TV, a coffee table, a double sofa and two armchairs *1 bedroom with bed of 140x190cm and built-in wardrobe *1 bedroom with 3 beds of 90x190cm including a bunk bed and built-in wardrobe *1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, vanity/mirror cabinet and towel dryer *1 separate toilet * 1 wooden terrace of 20 m 2 with bioclimatic pergola, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers.
The accommodation includes: Kitchen equipment: Flat and soup plates, dessert plates, cutlery and various accessories, glasses (water glasses, balloon glasses, beer/soda cups), glass dishes for the oven, pie dishes and cakes, pans, pots, bowls, mugs, cups, classic coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, Actifry, pressure cooker, blender, mini chopper...
Adjoining the accommodation, villa Østréa is available for rent with a capacity of 12 people (subject to availability).
Bed linen, towels, beach towels can be rented.
Bike rental is subject to availability.
Garden shed (170x220cm) can be rented subject to availability.

Other information to note
A breakfast kit will be offered to you on arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (€50 for 2 nights and €80 for a stay of more than 2 nights). It is also possible to request a cleaning service during your stay. A vacuum cleaner, a broom and a mop are at your disposal.
Bed linen: You should bring your own sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases. We offer this service for rent: 20€ for a single bed and 30€ for a double bed for the stay. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and protectors are provided according to the number of travellers.

Towels: You should bring your own towels and towels. We offer a linen rental service: 10€/person for the stay. We also offer beach towel rental at 10€/person
For children under 2 years old: travel cot, high chair, baby bath. A pack is provided free of charge upon reservation and subject to availability.
