Renovated house + large yard, in the village center and near the beach

  • Magnificent house tastefully renovated in a marine spirit combining exposed sea stone, light woods, travertine floor and painted earthenware in the "Belle Epoque" style.

    It consists of a large bright living room with marine decoration with fitted wooden kitchen and equipped with branded elements, a waxed wood worktop, a first bedroom in marine style with a double bed (140) with a wardrobe and external access, a second bedroom with exposed stones with a double bed (160) with a dresser and an external access, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet with washbasin. The kitchen accessories, the frames and taps of the bathroom and toilet are in vintage style.

    Wifi in the accommodation.

    To enjoy the outdoors: a very large communal garden of 1400 m2, unfenced, flowered and landscaped. An ideal play area for your children! Also, for your comfort in the garden, you will enjoy a sunny terrace, a lounge under an arbour, deckchairs and a charcoal barbecue.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison avec notre bébé pendant une semaine. Très bonne communication avec Yves qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter l’île. Très bonne localisation de la maison. Nous recommandons vivement.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
La maison est très agréable à vivre, avec un bel espace de vie même si les chambres ne sont pas très grandes. Belle décoration thème marin, lits confortables. Comme l'indique l'annonce, la terrasse est mitoyenne et le jardin partagé, ce qui n'a pas été gênant pour nous. Yves et sa compagne qui habitent à côté sont aux petits soins et faciles d'accès. Plage et commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons ce logement. Merci à Yves pour son accueil. Sophie et Sébastien.
