  • Air-conditioned villa of 95 m2 on 535m2 of land is located in a quiet development and close to shops. It is less than an hour from the major tourist sites of the region (I list them below). The villa consists of three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a kitchen open to the living room. A bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet.<br>You can enjoy a terrace of approx 25m2. An outdoor plancha is at your disposal for delicious meals.<br>The swimming pool equipped with a security alarm measures 8x3 m and the depth is 1.20m then goes down to 1.60.<br>Two deckchairs with mattresses are also at your disposal for moments of relaxation.<br>The villa is fully fenced. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Teenagern und Hund. Der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe und ist auch tief genug. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Man kann hier sehr gut sonnige Tage verbringen. Die Lage ist auch gut für Ausflüge in der UmgebungDie Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr unkompliziert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen

La maison est bien située et très agréable. Elle est fidèle aux photos et à la description.communication fluide avec l'hôte. Pour la recharge d'un véhicule éléctrique, il y a une borne au lidl située à 500 mètres de la maison ou à 5min au McDo de Saint-Geniès-de-Malgoirès.je recommande
