“Everything was perfect except the cable box wasn’t working on the TV”

“This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. We called the phone number listed on Expedia countless times, and every single time the number was disconnected. There was absolutely no way to reach the owner of the apartment. Expedia also tried to contact the owner using the same information and was unsuccessful. Neither they nor we were able to get any response at all. Because we had no way of knowing where we were supposed to go or how to access the property, we made the...

“This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless.”
