“The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was beautiful! Soaking in the hot springs and animal therapy with the puppies and silky chickens was blissful! The massages were great however my massage therapist did not know the ingredients of the hair oil she was using. My husband said his massage therapist abruptly left after she said “your time is over”. Kinda made him feel like just a number. Some of the bath towels were torn and dirty. Overall beautiful place, one of our best...

“Where to start, the lack of staff during a Memorial Day weekend was inexcusable.
One person at the coffee shop (Starbucks) and one person at the bar. Other than housekeeping, the staff were not friendly or seemed to lack interest in their job. The casino payout was awful and when you did hit, it took the staff a long time to respond. This is a resort ran like a small town hotel. “There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.”

“È stata una delle nostre tappe durante il nostro road trip della route 66, abbiamo trovato un ambiente davvero ben curato, la stanza era perfetta, il posto auto dedicato, ma quello che più c’è piaciuto è stata la colazione, l’unica fino ad ora (durante il road trip) a presentare una colazione vera per la quale si è pagato, la frutta fresca buonissima e tanta roba di prima scelta.
