“When we checked in, the shower rod in our bathroom was already broken. A maintenance worker came and fixed it, but later that night it broke again and crashed down with a very loud noise.
The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would not be available until 9:30 AM. They also said there were no spare rooms available where we could shower and get ready.
Overall, this was a very frustrating...
