La Croce del Portogallo: Tour e Visite Guidate

After a very unsure booking process and rude interactions from office staff who seemd unprofessional. Finally after a few emails my booking was confirmed. It left me so distressed prior to my arrival. Complex is amazing. Beautiful snack bars and restaurants on site. Staff at restaurants were friendly and so helpful. Old town quite far to walk in the heat but a short uber. Pools excellent and kept very well. Pool zumba on a few times on days. Great fun. We really enjoyed our stay but would prefer if it was closer to old town. The complex itself is huge and a big walking distance. Plenty to do and a very nice place with beautiful gardens. Rooms aren't great soundproofing though so we were kept up a lot until late on each of the nights. Strangley there are no staff walking about during the night to keep noise pollution down.

Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! I got a tour of the facilities as soon as I arrived which I loved as it meant I didn’t have to discover things independently and wonder how things worked. The room was gorgeous, just bear in mind the toilet and shower share the same door, I didn’t mind as I was travelling solo. The food was delicious! Everything I ate tasted good from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, everything was tasty! The only room for improvement is the WiFi, at times it would drop if I went from my room to the pool for example but it came back minutes after so not the end of the world. I loved staying here so much and would definitely stay here again if coming to Portugal

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Boot und die Umgebung waren einfach toll - schöne, praktische Einrichtung - gemütlich und funktional. Zu viert mit Gepäck etwas eng aber machbar. Der Frühstücksservice war einfach toll. Insgesamt eine besondere, empfehlenswerte Erfahrung - herzlichen Dank an die Homeboat Company!
