You’ll appreciate everything from the quality and sophistication of its high-end materials and the cool feel of its natural stone floors to its lime-washed walls and the marble and ceramic tiles in its bathrooms. Everything here has been carefully designed by its creator to delight the eye while soothing the senses, offering every guest a well-deserved time of relaxation and rejuvenation.

The villa features spacious living areas and generous room dimensions, spread across two levels, offering a 180-degree panoramic view of the stunning Croix Valmer Bay, with an exceptional ocean vista stretching all the way to the Îles d’Or and the Île du Levant.

The various living areas are arranged so that everyone can find their own private space, from the bedrooms’ private terraces to the TV lounge and even the inner courtyard beneath the lemon and olive trees. Of course, the stunning pool with its view is complemented by a charming, fully equipped pool house—the perfect spot for end-of-day cocktails while admiring our flamboyant sunsets.

Depending on your culinary preferences, you can enjoy lunch on the shaded terrace and, come evening, a lovely candlelit dinner with friends, lulled by the cool sea breeze—all accompanied by an excellent rosé from our Var vineyards.

We’ve equipped the kitchen with a wide range of appliances, cutlery, and kitchen accessories to give you plenty of options for preparing your favorite Mediterranean dishes, should you wish to do so.

Designed with your comfort in mind, the house features natural, eco-friendly ventilation throughout the day thanks to its numerous sliding glass doors. However, it is equipped with air conditioning in every room should you need it; in such cases, the sliding glass doors will be kept closed for obvious environmental reasons.

For your convenience and ease of getting around on foot, you’ll be a 15-minute walk from the shops in the village center and the U supermarket, as well as a 10-minute walk from the closest beaches near the D-Day landing sites. The beaches at Gigaro and Lily of the Valley, along with the beautiful hiking trails leading to the Caps, are just a 10-minute drive away.

When it comes to tourism and exploration, the villa’s location will allow you to explore all the beauties of the Var region within a radius encompassing Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Grimaud, Gassin, renowned wineries, the finest gourmet restaurants, the botanical splendor of the Rayol Canadel gardens, Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, all the way to Hyères, the Gien Peninsula, and the island of Porquerolles. A wonderful itinerary awaits for an idyllic stay.

Of course, our exceptional vacation package includes optional and/or à la carte hospitality services: such as bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels, as well as additional housekeeping services if needed.
