"The ceiling of the room had obvious water stains and damage. The room itself smelled strongly of mildew, and the bed sheets as well. Multiple furniture items had been screwed back together after damage. We asked the front desk for a new room and were denied."

"Our room smelled like gym shoes, ac barely worked in our room as well. There is no hot tube available, it was full of dirty water and leaves. Pool was heated to 75"
