Gîte La Terrasse du Loir

La Terrasse du Loir is a private property (open since 2021); you’ll have the entire cottage to yourselves.

As of 2022, a 29°C heated pool measuring 7.50 m x 4 m has been installed.
For 2023: Pool heated from March 31 through November 5, inclusive.
For 2024: Pool heated from March 29 through November 3, inclusive.

The telescopic canopy measures 10.40 m x 6.20 m at its widest point and 1.80 m at its highest point.
The advantage of the canopy is that it keeps you warm inside in case of inclement weather; it can be opened fully or partially. This is essential for enjoying the pool for most of the year.

This place welcomes good cheer but does not allow birthday parties or other gatherings that would disturb the peace of nearby neighbors. We are not in an isolated location.

The Moulin de la Bruère is a 5-minute walk away; from there, you can reach the footbridge that crosses the Loir River to access the Lacs de la Flèche.
Lac de la Monnerie is a 10-minute walk away, perfect for swimming, fishing, water sports, picnicking, or simply relaxing on the white-sand beach.
Just a 1-minute walk to rejoin the route to the Loir Valley.
