Downtown villa special for families and friends getaway. It has a private plunge pool, BBQ area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry area, fully equipped kitchen, private parking (1 spot) with electric gate, A/C units in all the house: bedrooms and living room areas. Property centrally located so you can enjoy walking to downtown (3 blocks) and just 5 to 30 minutes drive to all main attractions in the area.

A/C units in the bedrooms and living room areas, you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures.

Excellent property just a few blocks from downtown La Fortuna where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs shops and much more.

Amazing Location/ Beautiful Place

It was very nicely decorated and was up to date. We loved the outside area and the proximity to downtown. It was great we could drive our car right in and close the gate. We felt safe in the neighborhood and walking to the nearby grocery store and downtown. We would stay here again!

Close to Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to downtown an easy walk to get around restaurants and shops. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing after a day of adventures. Lots to do in La Fortuna...Hot springs, waterfalls, hiking to the volcano, sloth exploring and more.... The management team was so helpful in organizing our trip. We want to Thank-you so much for making our stay a wonderful experience! Definitely would stay here again.Pura Vida

Great house in La Fortuna

This is a lovely home in La Fortuna. Good location and an easy to walk to town which we liked because parking can be tricky. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic kitchenware and utensils. Outdoor area was nice too although we were out most days so didn’t enjoy was much as we wanted. Recommend!

Great location and comfortable house

This house is nicely located close to downtown Fortuna. The walk into town is about 3 minutes. The pool was refreshing and the beds comfortable. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and consideration into this home—it is very nice.

Great Location

My husband and three teenagers stayed here in July. The location is perfect for walking to downtown La Fortuna, and the villa was clean and secure. The mattresses could have been better (too firm for our liking), but overall, it is solid property that I would recommend to friends and family.
