Relax fronte vulcano
Ampi boungalow con splendida vista sul vulcano Arenal, dotate di aria condizionata, cassaforte, frigo, TV, piccolo patio con sedie a dondolo, qualità del sonno ottima. Piscine termali a differente gradazione di temperatura, immerse in un bellissimo parco. Ampia piscina tradizionale con lettini a disposizione e bar con accesso dalla piscina o dall'esterno. Ristorante dotato di due ampie sale; colazione internazionale a buffet; cena a la carte su prenotazione. Wi-Fi disponibile solo nelle aree comuni.

Gorgeous!! Wonderful!! The website really undersells this property. We booked because little else was available and wasn't expecting a lot. But it was great! Our little bungalow was surrounded by trees and beautiful birds. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hot springs looks gross in the pictures on the website but are actually lovely in person. There are a whole series with different temperatures. It is cool enough in the evening that it felt great to relax in them and visit. And in the day time when it is warmer, they have a nice blue colored cold pool that our kids loved. The swim up bar and outdoor restaurant were lovely. And the included breakfast was great! Tropical fruits, made to order omelets, pastries, plantains etc... The location of the hotel is also great - close to many of the excursions or you can book right through the hotel to do things on-property (which we didn't do). Overall, we LOVED this beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. One of the rooms had leaky toilet and smell in the bathroom. After complaining to front desk, they in the morning, I was expecting it to be fixed in the evening after we came back from sightseeing. However, it was disappointingly not. Complained again to front desk, they said I have to be physically be in the room while the plumber fixes it, which again the plumber did not show up for 2 hours. I had to leave with my family for dinner so asked them to fix in our abscence since we cannot wait for him forever. After coming back later in the night, nothing fixed yet. Finally I had to sit at the front desk and convince them to change our room to another one as my family couldn't stay in wet, leaky and smelly room. They thankfully agreed and gave us a different room. We then had to repack all our bags and belongings, drive the car to other side of the property -- at 11:30pm!! Disappointing maintenance procedure and slow responses.

Excellent property. Overall experience was great. One night, power was on and off for a few hours. Called taxi once but receptionist handled the arrangement poorly.

The amenities and location were great but the room itself was really bad, broken doors, cracked wood walls with bugs coming in, no hot water, bad bathrooms etc. Not worth the money we paid.

Panne d’électricité à répétition. L’hôtel n’a proposé aucune solution et n’a fait aucun geste commercial alors que nous avons passé la soirée dans le noir. Aucune possibilité de recharger les téléphones. Personnel à peine aimable face à la situation. Petit déjeuner médiocre. Même pas de jus d’orange. Salle de bain d’un autre siècle. Pas de gel douche. Eau tiède. Le service n’est clairement pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est joli et l’emplacement extraordinaire

The location and hot spring water are great! The view is very good, facing the vocals. However, the water for shower is terrible. We stayed there 3 nights, 2 out of 3 there was no water for shower.

Perfect for relaxing
Wunderbare Lage, sehr schöne Anlage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Spa-Behandlungen und die verschiedenen Hot Springs sind das Highlight. Der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen. Und das Bett ist sehr bequem, wenn auch etwas weich (falls man das nicht so gerne mag). Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The hotel is nice (the whole area is beautiful), but it's pretty crowded and there's not much to do in the hotel besides the thermal springs. The whole area is packed with the hotel cabins (there are A LOT). Good price/benefits.

I hope to stay here for my entire trip next time. I loved the separate cabins. It was quiet and peaceful, and had a beautiful view. The cabins weren't perfect though. Definitely do not have any food in your cabin, there's a bug problem. The beds are too hard, really could use a mattress top! First cabin the shower and safe didn't work. Second cabin the refrigerator and safe didn't work. However, the landscaping was beautiful, and the pools were nice. Overall, I would have loved to spend a week there. Hopefully they will fix some of those problems to make the experience perfect. Good value and great location.

Great place to stay around Arenal Volcano
We really liked the property and its location, and would definitely stay there again. The property as a whole is really good. The views of the volcano from all around the property are great. Lots of birds around in the morning and we even spotted tu and on the property. The thermal pools, the wet bar and restaurants were excellent. We also loved the breakfast and the vibe of the restaurant where you would go for breakfast. Although the cabins are very nice and quaint, our cabin could use a little upgrading. For example, the shower door kept getting stuck and would fall off causing us to have to remount it on several occasions. Once again, the overall property is excellent and overall we were happy with room, except for the need to do a little bit of work on the cabin (cabin #266). We definitely recommend this property.

Un gran lugar para quedarse en el Arenal. Habitaciones tipo cabaña, independientes una de la otra, buena comida y el personal muy amable. Además tienen actividades dentro del hotel o te ayudan a ir a algún tour. Lo mejor de todo es que todas las habitaciones tienen una GRAN y HERMOSA vista al volcán
