- One bathroom

The house is equipped with an underfloor cooling system for optimal comfort.



On the garden side, the terraced land, bordered by trees, offers a naturally peaceful setting. A magnificent weeping willow provides natural shade for convivial family meals. A non-secured natural pond adds to the garden's appeal.



Downstairs, you will find the pool area with sun loungers for relaxation. The pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, measures 11x4.80m with a flat bottom of 1.50m. A pétanque court and a ping-pong table complete the outdoor facilities for moments of entertainment with family or friends.
