“Rok Plaza is misleading in their marketing and communication. They have no attending staff, so you DO have to call in advance. Otherwise you have to wait for the staff on your arrival. Besides, many of the photos presented are not from the hotel, but from other hotels and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The rooms are fairly dark and the electronic door locks are a bit tedious. “Purtroppo, nonostante il posto sia indubbiamente affascinante per la vista spettacolare, pecca in molte cose: anzitutto lo staff della reception che ci ha dato 2 stanze lontane quando le avevamo chieste vicine. Poi la tripla aveva il bagno con problemi di scarico, per cui puzza di fogna e bagno perennemente allagato dallo scarico. Pur avendolo fatto presente, la reception non ha mosso un dito. Inoltre le pulizie giornaliere durano esattamente 4 minuti di orologio, visto che eravamo sul balcone e...

“Beautiful hotel with simple but sufficient standard, clean and nice beds. Great views and a little terrace for reading and relaxing, if your room doesn’t have outdoor space. We seem to have gotten upgraded to the top room which seem to have been the nicest one, probably because it got free last minute or something, always appreciated when that happens!”
