Located in the town of La Gueriniere, 100m from the beach (2 minutes walk) and close to the center of La Gueriniere, you can spend holidays with family or friends in this charming black house.

Passenger access
Access is via a small street typical of Noirmoutier. A right of way is to be used by car with the possibility of parking your vehicle in the courtyard of the house, which is fully enclosed and secure.
No parking allowed on the right of way.

Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented:
10 euros for a single set
15 euros for a double set
5 euros for a set of 2 towels per person
Bed linen is put in Beds are to be made on arrival

During the months of July and August the house is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday .

The accommodation can be rented at the same time as another accommodation À l'Orée (house 8 people, 4 bedrooms). The two accommodations can communicate with each other on request if you wish to rent both at the same time and can be used for 12 people.

Cleaning fees are mandatory.
A payment of 40 euros for cleaning will be required when you enter the premises.
A vending machine is present near the town hall of the gueriniere in case you forget.

Early check-in / late check-out
In order to offer you more flexibility, we offer, subject to availability:
Early check-in from 12pm (instead of 4pm): €50
Late check-out until 2pm (instead of 10am): €50
These options must be requested in advance and confirmed by us.
