“Non-existent communication or staff (aparantly nobody actually owns the hotel). Rooms are tired and worn. The hotel is on a busy road so quite noisey and you have to clean the room before you leave or risk getting a fine”

“Sicuramente il plus di questa struttura è la ristorazione. La colazione continentale è fra le più complete che abbia mai visto : uova, beacon e salcicce cotte al momento ed in diverse versioni. 5/6 tipi di paste, 4/5 tipi di torte...ed altro ancora. Buona, oltre che molto abbondante, la cena compresa nella mezza pensione. Peccato per il pavimento umido della camera dovuto alla condensa e per il controsoffitto del bagno”

“C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! ”
