“Starting from the beginning, Thomas is very responsive from the get go, also provided great instructions for access. The studio has a vibe and personality that really helped me relax, and I felt completely at home. It was sparkling clean exactly the way I keep my home space, and my favorite Chinese restaurant Mandarin House is around the corner, as is Windansea, the prettiest beach in San Diego. I stayed three nights mostly binge watching movies, and it was the perfect vacation for decompressing...

“The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.”

“Simple but wonderful space for a beach trip! Two minute walk to the beach entrance. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Kitchen had everything needed when we wanted to cook. Windows were a little janky but opened/closed for cool air as needed. Felt safe for kids to play in the grass out front. Honestly, the only thing I wished we had was a vacuum to clean up after ourselves (couldn’t sweep the rug). ”

“This was a great location. Just a block from the beach and close to all the restaurants. The place was nice and clean. The portable air conditioning didn’t really do much. So we opened all the windows and left the door cracked open while in apartment and it worked great cooling it off. It was nice having a dedicated parking spot but definitely made for a compact car. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it and stay there again. ”

“What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. "Hotel vecchiotto, scomodo per il centro della Jolla. Non servizio di navetta. Cibo orribile a colazione ( pochi piatti costosi ala carta) dopo che avevo acquistato la colazione inclusa alla reception mi hanno detto che avevo solo un bonus di 50 $ per camera per che non avevano il buffet ma solo il ristorante alla carta. Cameriera ( Laila) scortesissima non ha voluto spiegare nulla , non ci ha portato neanche l’acqua naturale ( abbiamo dovuto chiederla a fine colazione) e ha preteso la mancia !!! Parcheggio 42 $ a notte dichiarato però hanno aggiunto 30$ di tassa occupazione suolo più altre tasse locali!!! NON È CERTO UN HOTEL INNCUI TORNARE e non mi sembra certo un Hilton 4 stelle!"
