Fabulous views of downtown San Diego, Mission Bay, ocean. See the Sea World fireworks every night from the living room. Beautiful, spacious furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath split level duplex in highly desired Mount La Jolla community. Sleeps six comfortably. Master bedroom king bed, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds. Large screen streaming TVs in all three bedrooms and living room. Alexa. Spacious two car garage, central heat & A/C . Large deck off living room with new grill and outdoor seating for six. Two new 7 speed bicycles with helmets, games, pool noodles, portable cornhole, four chairs, boogie boards, ice chest and umbrella to take to the beach, 4 tennis rackets w/balls. Community has wonderful amenities - tennis courts, four swimming pools, locker room & sauna, fitness center, putting green (4 putters w/balls provided at residence for guest use), library, clubhouse. Central location 1.5 miles to La Jolla village center and Pacific Beach. Minutes to beaches. Easy on/off I-5. 15 minutes to downtown and airport or to Torrey Pines Golf Course/Sea World/San Diego Zoo/downtown San Diego/Del Mar/North County. HOA maintains landscape. Minimum monthly rental. Weekly/Bi-weekly housekeeping available upon request. Utilities paid up to $200/month. 10/10 guest satisfaction. Questa casa vacanze si trova a La Jolla, in Soledad South, e vanta una posizione strategica sul mare. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Mission Bay e Mission Beach. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Zoo di San Diego e Parco Acquatico Waterfront Park. Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • Small park with great views of San Diego, the skyline, Mission Bay and and the Pacific Ocean. The park is mainly visit by local people with their dogs as we can run free on the large grass area. It’s also nice for just Picknick and watching the views. RV parking was plenty along the curbside inside the park but probably hard to use the turn-back circle on the end of the park for RVs over 30 feet long. Great location, beautiful home, and a great host! We had a wonderful time at this property. Check-in was easy and informative. The home is located on Mt. Solidad, which made it a quick drive to La Jolla Shores, UTC, Pacific Beach, and Mission Bay. The house has a fantastic view of the city skyline and SeaWorld's nightly fireworks show. On the property, we enjoyed swimming, a jacuzzi, and tennis. The host ensured we had everything we needed for a fabulous summer vacation, including bikes, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and bedding. The bathrooms were spacious. The entire house was clean and well-organized. We highly recommend this vacation rental. We enjoyed working with the host, whose attention to detail made the house a pure pleasure!

This is an exceptional property in a classic townhome community. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family trip. The owner is extremely attentive and very careful to respond to every question or request. This home is a wnner.

Mount LaJolla

This property exceeded our expectations! The photos of this property are accurate, but don’t fully capture just how spacious it is.The living area boasts fabulous vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows that opens to an incredible deck with scenic views. The primary bedroom is exceptionally large with a huge walk-in closet, and we loved all the natural sunlight that filled the entire home.The neighborhood is beautiful, friendly, and felt very safe. We especially appreciated the excellent walking paths and enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and gym during our stay. Having access to the garage was a huge bonus—it added so much convenience to our stay.Jim was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, and a great communicator before, during, and after our stay. It was a pleasure working with him and staying at this wonderful property. Highly recommend!

Very nice

We stayed at this peaceful property for almost 2 months. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and had great views. We loved the high ceilings in the living room. It's so big you could do cart wheels if you wanted. The host was very attentive and eager to help. There is a beautiful community gym and several pools in the community, which we enjoyed. The closest pool was closed for a little while but was fixed again fairly quickly, which was much more convenient for us. The pool is heated and the hot tub was nice and warm. The complex is really quiet, which we really appreciated! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful and beautiful Property

We stayed at this peaceful and beautiful property for 7 weeks. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and great location to downtown San Diego, beaches, and downtown La Jolla. The host was very attentive, to our needs, and responded immediately if we had any questions, as well as provided recommendations for sites to visit in the area. There is a beautiful community Gym and several pools in the community, which we enjoyed with our family.

Spent the summer

This property was perfect for us. We spend every summer in Cali so our kids can play sports at a higher level than what they offer in our home state. This house was perfect for our needs. Jim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including buying a bedroom set for one of the rooms. The location was perfect, about 10 min from La Jolla and 5 min from the main freeway. Costco was right in the area. We used the pool, hot tub, workout room and library in the complex. The library has a room of puzzles that our family really enjoyed. The kitchen had all the essentials, they had coolers and beach towels we could use as well. Jim was very reasonable and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The communication was great and the check in/check out process was super simple. We highly recommend this place.
