    The Space:

    Step inside this newly built modern ADU, thoughtfully designed and fully furnished by Suzanne Brown Designs to deliver comfort, efficiency, and refined style. Perched above a lush canyon with sweeping views of downtown San Diego, this two-story home blends high-end finishes with everyday livability—ideal for mid- to long-term stays.



    The main living room welcomes you with abundant natural light and seamless indoor–outdoor flow. Sliding doors open to a pristine backyard featuring a firepit and lounge seating—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or winding down after the day’s adventures. The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a full refrigerator and freezer, a Keurig/12-cup coffee maker combo, and all the essentials for home cooking. The dining table for four overlooks the dramatic canyon landscape, creating a memorable backdrop for every meal.



    A lower-level second living room doubles as a private bedroom with a king-size sofa bed. A sliding barn door allows the space to be fully closed off for privacy, making it perfect for guests, remote work, or a cozy TV room. This versatile area features a flat-screen TV and views of the front yard. A beautifully designed full bathroom with a glass shower serves the downstairs level, and a full stackable washer and dryer sit just off the kitchen for added convenience.



    Upstairs, a loft office provides a designated workspace for remote professionals and longer stays. Both bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with another modern glass shower. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, large mirrored closet, and panoramic canyon-to-skyline views. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet with windows overlooking the tranquil front yard.



    Located minutes from La Jolla’s upscale shops and restaurants, family-friendly beaches and parks, and a short drive to downtown San Diego and its world-class attractions, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and proximity. For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease and application are required. For stays of 60 nights or more, a signed lease, an application, and a refundable deposit are required (additional fees apply).

    • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
