Benvenuti nel vostro resort privato. Lusso rinnovato di recente, casa in stile resort con enorme piscina privata cortile, vasca idromassaggio, 2 pozzi del fuoco, ponti vista superiore e inferiore dell'oceano, barbecue e AC full. Divertimento per tutta la famiglia o il tuo gruppo privato. Vita da vivere all'aperto al suo meglio. Capolavoro estivo con le migliori vedute dei fuochi d'artificio in città. Una bellissima gemma nelle stagioni autunnali e invernali con panorami croccanti, odori dalla buca del fuoco e clima caldo quando tutti gli altri sono gelidi. Vieni e divertiti! A pochi passi da Kate Sessions Park che comprende un parco per cani a 500 metri di distanza. Questa casa è stata decorata professionalmente nel 2019.

Situato in posizione centrale a La Jolla sul Monte Soledad. Vicino a La Jolla e al villaggio, Pacific Beach e Birdrock. Facile da raggiungere ovunque; il centro è a 10 minuti dai siti del centro, dall'aeroporto, dal Seaworld, dallo zoo di San Diego, dal golf e da una veloce superstrada fino alla zona fieristica di Del Mar. Questa casa è animali domestici con un parco cane locale a soli 500 metri di distanza.

CAMERA PER TUTTI
Questa è una grande casa confortevole con spazio per tutti. La grande camera familiare offre comodi posti a sedere per 8 persone e altri 7 in cucina. La famiglia e le aree di vita formali si trasformano perfettamente in una zona cucina completamente rinnovata. Se cucini, ti piacerà il modo in cui il muro della cucina scompare sul grande terrazzo esterno con più posti a sedere, un pozzo del fuoco e viste a bizzeffe.

La camera familiare ha un grande schermo TV, bar e un'altra parete di vetro che scompare alla zona della piscina cortile anteriore. House si sente humongous quando apri entrambi i cursori e fai entrare la brezza marina. Una rarità, l'aria condizionata ti manterrà fresco se il tempo diventa un po 'caldo.

Soggiorno è accogliente e rilassante con la propria TV, illuminazione moderna e un cursore al ponte posteriore. L'accogliente e ampio divano sarà un luogo in cui rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata allo Zoo, al Seaworld, a La Jolla Shores, ecc.

Fabulous experience, wonderful, responsive host

We had a truly memorable family vacation, including with my 77-year-old mother and two teens, at this special home. Gorgeous views, spacious, and lots of special touches. Location is fantastic. Property is gorgeous and very well maintained.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This home was spectacular! The layout of the home was done to provide privacy but also for gathering of everyone in groups. There were many areas to just relax and the views were amazing! The gourmet kitchen made you want to cook and believe me there was nothing missing from that kitchen. The indoor/outdoor living was delightful. We enjoyed the pool and spa on a daily basis! The firepits were used on cool nights and were great conversation areas. The house was beautifully decorated and well furnished. We were greeted with snacks refreshments and fresh flowers! Who does that? Stephanie, our host, did! She was an awesome host and was very helpful in answering any questions we had and very promptly!We had a group of 10 people and everyone was thrilled with this house. The location was perfect and the views were unbelievable! I don’t know if we’ll be back in San Diego BUT if we ever visit again, this home is where I want to be!!

Best Stay EVER

We stayed here for our wedding weekend in La Jolla. We had out of town guests stay with us and every single person was impressed with the stay! Stephanie was an amazing host from start to finish. She had amazing communication leading up to our stay and during the stay. The house and property was super clean and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had anything and everything we could need. They even had an entire welcome binder that explained how to use all of the amenities and where to find remotes. There was no stone left unturned. We couldn’t have imagined a better place for such an important weekend with our loved ones. The view is also stunning!

A gem

This property was selected for a reunion of old friends who met 35 years later and boy, did it fulfill all our expectations! The house is tastefully decorated, with loads of space both inside and out. The floor plan is perfect for gatherings, offering variety and privacy at the same time. The view is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed (including a lobster pot!). We fed 14 people with ease. The beds were comfortable, perfectly clean, just like the bathrooms and the rest of the house. All these should be enough to recommend this property but Stephanie deserves a special mention. She is gracious, helpful and genuinely interested in making your stay memorable. A 10, for sure (for lack of an 11)!

Perfect Stay!

We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children (ages 4-8) and this was a perfect house for all of us! The location is ideal. A great neighborhood and a short drive to many tourist locations but every day the kids couldn’t wait to get home to the pool! This house has everything you need plus the perk of beautiful views and working fireplaces indoor and out. Stephanie is an incredible host answering questions very quickly and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect!

Amazing place to stay

We just returned from our trip to San Diego and had an amazing time. The highlight of our trip was this house - it was absolutely breathtaking! The views were jaw-dropping! The house was beautifully decorated, yet still had the comforts of home. The location of the house was perfect - not too far from anything, yet nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Stephanie was always very responsive and helped with all of our needs. She even had snacks waiting for us as well as soccer balls and frisbees for my teens to play around with. The pictures online and what we took ourselves do not do this home justice. It really is a wonderful place to vacation. I cannot wait until the next time we are able to come back to visit - we will be staying here! We made the house part of our vacation budget/allowance and it was worth every penny!

Gorgeous view, beautiful house, comfortable, well equipped and loved the hot tub and fire pits! Worked for all ages. Extras like pool toys, towels, pack' n' play, high chair made our stay so easy and home like.

AMAZING!!

I hesitate to give this house such a grand review, only for selfish reason... for it to be available whenever we want tot go back. This home is truly better than t he pictures. The host was always so quick to respond / help and treated us with a welcome snack basket even. San Diego is a great treat, but this home - was the icing on the cake!

What a wonderful home, exceeded expectations. Every amenity one would want. Spaces for adults and teens to have separate activities. Outdoor spaces were very much enjoyed even on the cold evenings by the fire pit, spa a great asset for the teens. We were 6 adults and 4 teen boys. Views wonderful and location excellent no more than 20 mins for points of interest. Great response from owners. We are still talking about this family reunion.

Christmas Family Vacation

Thirteen family members gathered for a wonderful holiday reunion. Only seven of us (ranging from 13-80 years old) slept at the house due to logistics. Five of the bedrooms were very comfortable; the one with the sofa bed was too small and cramped to accommodate anyone in our group, although it could work for two children. The house with its open concept was perfect where adults could talk by the fireplace, game players gather at the large dining table, and teens watch movies in the den all at the same time. The amenities (there were more spices than at home!) are beyond description and the Welcome Binders in each room were very helpful. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio by the fire pit watching the gorgeous sunsets. The house has just about everything that you would need. The host is friendly and accessible for questions. It’s truly a gem.

Beautiful home!

Everything about this house was amazing! Clean, assessable to areas in San Diego, just as described. Everything you need in the kitchen as well, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking every night in the spacious, beautiful kitchen! Neighborhood is super quiet. Pool is wonderful. La Jolla Jewel

This is a one of a kind upscale property that is extremely well appointed, in a great location, and very well designed. The communication with the hosts was fast and excellent. The layout of the home is very open and lovely for either working or enjoying meals. The back deck and all the rooms have nice views which makes it feel very spacious. There's a great park just a few homes away with trails and yet you are just 3-4 miles to the center of La Jolla or quick to jump onto I-5. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Stephanie and Rod spared no expenses so this property truly feels like home with all the things one could need. Having stayed in numerous VRBO's, this has always been one I've eyed, and is always booked, and well worth it. From having a full kitchen to proper robes and shower soaps/shampoos, and fluffy towels, the proper shows the care they've put into being wonderful hosts.

Awesome Property in Sunny San Diego

Rented the house for a Spring Break with 2 families. Property was better than advertised. Perfect pool setup and an amazing view over the hill from the back of the house. Very short drive to many great golf courses, tennis, pickleball, and all of the great views and restaurants that La Jolla has to offer. Can't wait to come back.

Relaxing Family Vacation

It’s difficult to summarize how fantastic this house was for our little family vacation. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond. The house is better than what is shown in the photos and has absolutely everything anyone would need. The beds were super comfy and the house was so clean. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and the spa and the outdoor areas. The view is stunning at night from the balcony and master bedroom. We did day excursions to the zoo, Sea World and Disneyland. We had our 10 month old granddaughter with us and they had a pack and play and a high chair for us to use and even supplied a brand new crib sheet. The hosts were more than accommodating and the house is a dream to vacation in. Thanks to Stephanie and Rod for sharing their house with us. We will be back! Michelle

This is a wonderful home

We had our three grown kids, their spouses and two grand babies here for a week. The home is especially well outfitted and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. LaJolla and Pacific Beach have great restaurants parks and beaches minutes away. We highly recommend the Bahai Lane home.

Perfect and comfortable house for family vaca!

Our week-long stay at the property was PERFECT! The house is impeccably decorated, comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located to many points of interest in San Diego. As a group of 7 adults and 2 infants, we had everything we needed. Beautiful view, lovely pool, high chairs, comfy beds, luxurious couch, fully stocked kitchen, laundry…the list goes on! Stephanie was a lovely host - super responsive and helpful! She really did everything in her power to make our stay easy and relaxing. It is obvious they have renovated and decorated this house with so much care and attention - it was a true joy to spend a week there. Highly recommend - 5 STARS!
