The Space:
Welcome to your private La Jolla retreat, where coastal charm and everyday comfort come together in a peaceful hillside setting. Upon entering the home on the upper level, a short hallway leads you into an open and inviting living and dining area designed for connection and relaxation. The living room features a comfortable couch, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV for unwinding after a day in the sun. Just beside it, the dining area includes a large table perfect for shared meals or gathering with friends and family. Sliding doors open out to a spacious upper patio deck that overlooks the backyard, offering hillside views and a breezy indoor-outdoor flow. With a small alfresco table for two, it’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.

To the right of the entry, the kitchen sits bright and functional, with plenty of cabinet storage, generous counter space, and essential amenities including a gas stovetop and double ovens. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light and offer peaceful views out to the backyard, making the kitchen feel warm and connected to the rest of the home.

Also on the entry level is the primary suite, a calm and spacious retreat featuring a king bed, generous closet space, a smart TV, and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Just outside the bedroom, a private patio deck includes an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days and offers a quiet, open-air extension of the suite.

Downstairs, the lower level hosts three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds, along with a shared full bathroom featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Each room is styled with comfort in mind, and two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the backyard, creating a quiet connection between indoor space and open air.

The backyard is its own tranquil escape, surrounded by lush landscaping, mature palms, and flowering greenery. A spacious patio includes a large outdoor dining table shaded by an umbrella, a barbecue, and a grassy lawn perfect for lounging or enjoying the San Diego sun, all set against the backdrop of the surrounding hillside.

Additional features include a built-in desk nook for remote work or journaling, a two-car garage with side-by-side laundry machines, and thoughtfully stocked beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, and more.

This detached townhome is ideally located just a 10-minute walk to La Jolla Shores Beach and its popular waterfront restaurants, and less than a 10-minute drive to the boutiques, cafes, and galleries of La Jolla Village. Please note that no pets are allowed. This home is the perfect balance of elegance, comfort, and relaxed coastal living.
