-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
-This home is located on the oceanfront on top of the bluff, with no direct beach access. This makes the property very private. There are multiple sand beaches and parks within close proximity of the home.
-Due to the location on the Bird Rock Bluff, wildlife encounters may occur during your stay and are normal for the area. Seagulls and other birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA) and are known to interact closely with residents of the Bird Rock neighborhood. Please NEVER feed and/or touch the birds. If a bird has nested nearby, please allow nature to take it's course and enjoy the beauty of our ocean's wildlife!
