The Space:

Welcome to your private La Jolla retreat, just two blocks from the beach. This unique compound blends timeless Spanish character with modern comfort, offering three separate residences across one property — perfect for large families or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy.



The upstairs home is spacious and inviting, with two large bedrooms featuring king beds and en-suite bathrooms beautifully finished with hand-painted Spanish tiles. The open living room flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, while the master suite includes its own kitchenette, sofa, and TV. Step up to the rooftop deck, where sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean set the scene for unforgettable sunsets. With a BBQ, firepit, and ample seating, it’s the ultimate gathering spot.



The downstairs residence adds another two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and one with a twin-over-queen bunk — along with its own full kitchen, living room, and bathroom, making it ideal for families with children or a second family traveling together.



Across the lush Spanish-tiled courtyard, you’ll find a private studio suite with its own entrance, a queen bed, bathroom, closet, and TV. This space offers a comfortable and secluded option for grandparents, couples, or anyone wanting extra privacy.



Together, the property offers two full kitchens, a kitchenette, multiple lounge areas, large bedrooms, and expansive outdoor living. Guests can enjoy courtyard dining under the stars, gather around the firepit, or unwind on the rooftop deck with ocean breezes and panoramic views.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
