Le viste sull'oceano sono abbondanti da questa struttura ben arredata e casual di proprietà della spiaggia, a pochi passi dalla sabbia.

Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la famiglia e gli amici (e talvolta i delfini).

Scendete la porta, attraversate l'unica strada tra te e il Pacifico, e le dita dei piedi verranno consegnate alla sabbia.

Rilassatevi in ​​questa casa singola che è perfetta per 2 o 3 famiglie. La casa dispone di due camere da letto matrimoniali. Un maestro ha vista sull'oceano, l'altra ha una vista tranquilla sul centro benessere e sul giardino. Ogni padrone ha un letto king size. Un maestro ha doccia a pioggia + vasca separata. Altro master ha doccia.

Una camera per bambini con letti a castello (una doppia sopra una completa) e bagno con vasca / doccia sono sul lato opposto della casa principale dai padroni.

Il terzo letto King è in una vista indipendente vista mare "cottage" che ha un bagno con doccia.

Dista anche una grande sala con tavolo da ping pong. Piega il tavolo per creare uno spazio tranquillo per lo yoga o aprire il divano per rivelare un 6 ° letto (queen size).

Il piano è aperto con soffitti a volta e pavimenti piastrellati per una facile vita in spiaggia.

La cucina è stata ristrutturata nel 2012 con uno spazio in controsoffitto in granito al sedile 7. Il tavolo da pranzo di 8 piedi sedile un altro 8-10. Sono previste impostazioni per 16 posti. È una casa perfetta per raccogliere amici o famiglia per l'estate, le vacanze, le vacanze o i giorni che finiscono in 'y'.

The home was exceptionally clean, well stocked, with thoughtful amenities. The location was also great. The beach and park literally across the street and visible from the home. The host was responsive anytime we had a question. The hot tub is large, clean, works, and is gated--a relief with kids. The yard is also entirely gated, so we could let the kids play outside. Plenty of parking onsite (1 garage 2 driveway). Would absolutely stay again.

The host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The home was also extremely well stocked from the kitchen to bathrooms. The layout is a bit wonky and we knew that going in from the description, but it is something to consider. The main reason for lack of 5 stars was primarily the linens (worn / low pile) and the house felt a bit tired / dated (e.g., many of the sliding doors and locks were challenging to open and operate and bathrooms that could likely use updating).

Property location was wonderful, across the street from a large public beach and ocean. Property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked for larger family gatherings. Property manager was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Property listing was accurate but the property was not a pristine as the pictures showed. Property is showing some wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. Be aware that one of the "outside" bedrooms does not have an in suite bathroom. The guests in that bedroom need to go into the main house to use a bathroom. Not a problem for our stay as the guests in that bedroom were fine with it. Somewhat limited parking. We used the garage for a smaller car and the driveway for the other two SUV's. Neighborhood street parking can be difficult due to the number of people who park on the streets and then go to use the public park/beach. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop etc. Overall a 5 star experience, but gave 4 stars because of the "wear and tear" that the property is showing.

Great location! Literally across the street from the beach. We had a great visit w/children and grandchildren. It’s also walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was extremely well stocked w/lots of spices and appliances. There’re table leaves and we put them in one night to seat 12. We enjoyed the hot tub - young grandchildren thought it was a pool. We loved sitting outside

Wonderful home and location for extended family

Spacious, well-kept home with wonderful, large hot tub and incredibly close beach access. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. Bedroom set up with 4 king beds was perfect for 4 couples kids' room and extra mattresses worked well for our 6 grandkids. We also appreciated the quality and quantity of beach equipment--boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, beach towels, and chairs etc. Short walking distance to Avenida de Playa with the large variety of eateries was especially enjoyable.

Our family met in La Jolla for a mini-reunion. The location was perfect. We were thankful for the enclosed front yard and the back patio as we had a 22 month old and 7 month old with us. A high chair and pack and play were provided. The fenced off spa was also helpful. Ian, the property manager, was a clear communicator and the property was well-supplied with beach towels and needed items. We all loved being within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Also, the walk across the park to the beach was easy, and we used the wagon in the garage a few times too. The beach was quite crowded on the weekends, but during the week it wasn't too bad. La Jolla is so beautiful... the sand is soft, the water is lovely, and it's not windy like some other So Cal beaches. We had a nice family dinner on the patio of The Shores restaurant one evening and had a great view of the sunset. The house is right on a busy corner, but we would stay there again. Great location!

Great time in La Jolla Shores

So convenient! Lots of space! Very comfortable. Bonus that it has a beer fridge for extra beverages and an ice machine. Well stocked kitchen. Nice clean grill. Shops and restaurants nearby that are walkable.The only drawback was a that one of the casitas didn't have a bathroom. But those people used the hall bathroom.Twelve us stayed (8 adults and 4 kids ages 8-14)At first I was nervous because it is literally on the corner of two busy streets, but it is great to sit back and people watch.

Fantastic Location in La Jolla Shores across from Kellogg Park

An older home nicely remodeled with 2 casitas provides max flexibility for larger groups. A few minor issues with appliances were far outweighed by the location, a 90-sec walk to one of the best surfing beaches in SOCAL. Property mgmt is very responsive, cleaning crew does a great job, & the pool tech comes twice a week so the large spa is always pristine. Large selection of beach toys for kids and boogie boards. Thank you!

5 Stars! Absolutely Perfect

This home is exactly as it is described in the listing. The property manager was VERY communicative and provided detailed check in/check out instructions. We found the home in perfect condition... very clean, fully equipped (lots of beach chairs/toys/towels) and the location could not be beat! It is literally right across the street from La Jolla Shores park and beach. We stayed for the weekend for our daughter's wedding and it could not have been more comfortable for our extended family. It had everything we needed and two wonderful outside patios to take in the fresh air. The property manager, Ian, was beyond friendly and helpful! We cannot recommend this home high enough.

Welcome home sailor

Our family (10 adults) welcomed home from deployment our grandson. The house was fab! We rented a golf cart from LaJolla golf carts. It was street legal and gave us many opportunities to look around the neighborhood visit the shops eat lunch etc. The house however, had the greatest kitchen. Our family loves to cook and did we ever. The grill and hot tub were family favs. The host was great to us, made it very easy to access we had two older guests that used scooters. The neighborhood is the best. Park across the street was busy on weekends with people enjoying themselves. Lots to see. The ocean was up so the surfers were out. One of our older guests got ill and had to go to the Scripps hospital but was professionally treated and sent on their way quickly. We had the best time. While the room layout was not typical, it didn't intefere with us. There is so much to this house that was great. The washers and dryer,the toys in the garage, the icemaker, the parking off street. I can't say enough. Thanks Ian, we'd do it again.

Perfect Beach Home for Group

Wonderful location across the street from beautiful LaJolla Beach. The family enjoyed coming back from the beach to a large in-ground private hot tub. Five comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms made the space perfect for our large family. We loved our time here.

This house was in immaculate condition and the perfect layout for our combined family reunion to have time together but also our own spaces. Incredible location and views across to La Jolla shores beach w wonderful walking and restaurants close by. Host was very responsive and had clear instructions for everything. Hope to stay there again !
