Not the best.
Old. Kinda seedy. Not kept up. No ice machine. You have to go to front desk and they give you half of a container. Hot tub and pool not in service. I turned on the sink faucet and the handle popped off. It wasn’t even attached. Bed was comfortable.

It is ok for a very fast overnight but If longer I'd spend more for white bedspreads and there's an old odor I couldn't hang out with long but it was just overnight so it was fine.

I went to the hotel for the second night to stay since my confirmation was sent to me and showed I was reserved. When I got to the hotel the clerk said he couldn’t find me. He said he knew about the one reservation I had the night before but not tonight. He took my card and drivers license to see. He asked if I was sure. I told him yes. I gave him my confirmation number AFTER showing him the app on my phone that clearly shows I have a reservation. He said another name, of a man (not even a woman) shows under my confirmation number. He said he’s already checked in. He sent us away and told us to contact Expedia. Come to find out not only was I correct but he has 4 openings still showing on the site. Why didn’t he just help get us in? Or offer us a new room with a new booking and tell me to ask Expedia about my reservation afterward?

Staff was not courteous, my bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. And the next day two staff members were yelling, using vulgar language and it sounded like the were fighting up and down the hall. I had a 5 year old child with me. We were scared to go out into the hall during this time. When I told him we were leaving he refused to give me a refund. This was the MOST HORRIBLE experience I have EVER RECEIVED in a hotel or anywhere, for that matter!!! Do NOT stay here if you expect a good night's sleep, clean room or courteous staff!

A good news/bad news hotel. Good news, clean, quiet. Bad News - This facility is 20 years past due for a renovation. Cont. breakfast was very basic, even for a cont. breakfast. Towels were thin and dingy, Door latch was broken, light bulbs missing from lights. handle on sink can off. hole in wall poorly repaired. Won't stay there again.

They advertised they had a pool and hot tub, but it was under maintenance. The outlets in our room had burn marks, so didn't want to plug anything in. Our shower bearly even worked, it bearly even dripped water, so it was almost impossible to even shower.

The website said pool available and after arriving the pool was closed this needs to be updated on website for customers to know while looking for a motel the reason I picked this motel was for my kids to swim and they couldn’t and we weren’t aware of the situation till arrived and to late to cancel the reservation.

When I'm on a leisure vaction kind of trip, it's little things that mean a lot to me. I do remember a time when Econolodge had really high standards, a time long gone as obvious by our stay. The first thing I ran into was the owner/manager's vehicle and motorcycle parked in the middle of the check in porch/covered area and it never moved from that point for the rest of our stay. This makes it easy to unload your luggage at checkin, out of the weather and is kind of a welcoming feature of nice motels. The lobby really smelled of some heavy cleaning stuff, there were no casual relaxing chairs or lamps, and not a piece of art work or color. First impressions. The checkin was quick, the manager very brief. The halls were dimly lit, the room was clean and fine. The refrigerator was very noisey, there was no alarm clock, and once again no art or color on the walls. This is a really simple touch! The ice machine, which we really needed had an old sign taped to it "out of order". The wet area was open, operating and clean. The breakfast was corn flakes, coffee, and a banana, very minimal and dissaponting even for a continental breakfast. I guess I expect all of these little things to be done right as a really basic standard, in any chain hotel line and may never stay at an Econolodge again.

We booked that hotel because your website said they had a pool and hot tub. The pictures looked nice. We got there and it was in a seedy neighborhood. The lobby smelled like smoke and my son and I got sick from staying there. The pool and hot tub were broken. The ice machine was broken. The mini fridge periodically made loud grinding noises, which kept us awake. The beds were lumpy. My son got bed bug bites. The hot breakfast was cold cereal. We cancelled the reservation for the 22nd and booked in another town. I payed double the price to get a hotel with a pool and hot tub. However, when we got to that hotel, their pool and hot tub were broken, too!!! Your chat support sucks and was of no help.

Front desk employee was very rude, the room was smelly. Beds sheets were not clean. I asked the front desk to change the room. He told me to get out of the hotel. He kicked me out of the hotel even though the hotel was empty, there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.

Only problem was TV wasnt working. Clerk came right up and fixed. There were no pop vending machines. Otherwise, this property was economical, clean and convenient.
