Located on the ground floor, the studio is made up as follows:
- 22 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC

Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, fan, iron.

Outside :
- A secure, shared 4x10 m swimming pool (2 pools). Heated and open from April to early October.
- A south-east-facing balcony (approx. 5 m²) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in La Londe-les-Maures, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
