This beautiful comfortable villa, with a surface area of approximately 160 m2, with a private pool, can accommodate up to 8 people.

It consists of an entrance on the first level, on the main level a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, combined refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, induction hob...) all opening onto a large furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the green hills and the sea, with access to the pool area (possibility to secure this access with a removable barrier for children). A large pool of 12x4.5 meters and a maximum depth of 160 cm, salt-treated and secured by a pool alarm.
A closed sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom with a bed of 180x200 cm, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Air conditioning throughout the main level.
