“I enjoyed my stay at the Charming Jem very much! It was decorated adorably and well appointed with any items you could possibly need. Katherine was so easy to communicate with, and a gracious host! There is a grocery store within walking distance that has the best Mexican food, made daily and a tamale stand as well. Friendly neighbors and even my dog made a new friend next door. I would definitely stay again:)”

“This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. "It is the perfect place to visit San Diego, the marina is close, Gaslamp quartier is close, everything at walking distance. And the atmosphere in the evening is magic, with fireplaces in the pool garden (even in august) and lot of lights. It was an amazing stay. "
