While the pictures present a positive image, reality is not positive. Old unmaintained house that smells musty. Rugs didn't appear clean-even on VRBO pictures. Patio planking is deteriorated and one wondered if they would fall through. Steps from patio deck to yard are a trip hazard with loose tiles at the bottom-the only steps with a motion light. Bathtub isn't clean-old build up of soap or whatever. Water pressure in shower was good but barely a trickle in bathroom sink. Table top is stained and unappealing. Front and back yard are in deplorable condition with many trip hazards of irrigation pipe sticking up right by driveway, and many root stubs. No fence in front yard as shown on Zillow. Shed in backyard is in horrible condition as is the surface of the house. Sliding door to back deck was very difficult to move. No lamp in second bedroom-only glaring ceiling light. Ugly AC box sitting in living room. Finally, the reservation process with the management company was extremely difficult and frustrating to the point we almost cancelled. They required a picture ID-front and back, along with a picture of me with the ID. Providing such on-line did not work with their web site and even the owner of the company could not get it to work. I question how secure is the management company's system with all my detailed information-which I have never had to provide previously when using VRBO rentals. I would never again rent a place managed by this company nor this house.
