Enjoy 270° ocean, Downtown, Point Loma, Coronado and sunset views from three levels of decks and patios. Highlights include two ensuite bedrooms, a private hot tub, home gym, kids’ room, full kitchen, outdoor dining and spacious gathering areas—plus rare privacy with no immediate neighbors on either side.

This three-level estate is designed for groups to spread out comfortably. The main level has the living room, dining area, full kitchen and a wraparound patio with the hot tub, a grill and outdoor seating. Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed; Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds; Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed, 3 double beds and 1 sofa bed; Bedroom 4 has 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. The living room also has a sofa bed and 2 air mattresses. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, plus there is an additional full bathroom and a half bathroom. Multiple decks, a home gym and generous outdoor spaces complete the property. Because the home is built into a hillside, stairs are required between levels and from the driveway to the entrance.

Guests have private access to the entire estate, including all four bedrooms, indoor living spaces, full kitchen, home gym, decks, patios, backyard, hot tub and outdoor dining areas included with the reservation.
