Hotel vicino a La Mirada Golf Course - Los Angeles

“Partenza negativa… molto, stanza sporca (gocce sul tavolo, cucinino sporco, lenzuola macchiate). Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta per la tranquillità. Per arrivare a LA ci si mette un po’, ma si sa, il traffico è quel che è. Comunque, avvisata la reception del problema pulizia, alla fine abbiamo risolto… mi resta il dubbio se la lavanderia funziona, ora che siamo partiti… ”

“Room walls had marks, sticky spots on bed side table, feet felt nasty when I walked around barefoot. Ac/fan dis not work, had to leave window open all night and noticed the screen was even broken. Glad we were at least on the second floor so no one could get to the window. Could hear every noise from the other rooms water running, toilet flushes, and tvs. Breakfast included is a stretch. They only have granola bars and oatmeal packets with coffee. No fruit, nothing hot, no toast, muffins, or...

“The AC was not working and no one came to fix it. I guess because it’s only 1 night stay so they didn’t bother to fix it ”

“Refrigerator didn’t work, so my wife went to the front desk to ask about it and was told they didn’t guarantee that the fridge, microwave, tv, or anything else in the room would work. Microwave was at least 20 years old and did not work either. They did not service my room during the day (no big deal) but when I went to ask for towels, I was met by the same older gentleman that talked to my wife the night before and he tried telling me that I should have asked the maids for towels during the day...

“The hotel is good value for the money, but after I checked out, they sent me a strange bill—charges for parking and for "additional services," though it didn't specify exactly what those services were. The thing is, I don't drive at all, and I made it clear when checking in that I didn't have a car. I was hardly at the hotel; I only came back to sleep and didn't order anything extra.”

“Don't stay here. No wash cloth, no coffee pot. They advertise continental breakfast NOPE. The hot tub as they call it a small pool. Cockroaches, hard bed, soiled sheets.”

“Room was dirty, cigarette ash everywhere, the restrooms and ceiling was kind of moldy. We had to go to Walgreens to get stuff to make it bare able. Not worth it. ”

“Room was kinda rust. But bed was comfey. ”

“Room was disgusting, dirty everything with roaches in the dresser drawer. Table, bathroom, and counter were disgusting and barely looked clean. No effort to make the room presentable ”
