  • Questa proprietà è in un'ottima posizione per le vacanze. È negli esclusivi complessi di Las Americas. Cioè, è nella città di Corralejo. Non è un modo per uscire dalla città cercando di convincerti di una posizione in città, come sembra essere comune in questi giorni (ad esempio La Cappellenia e altri).

    Questo bungalow ad angolo ben posizionato può ospitare fino a sei. Il bungalow si trova nella città di Corralejo (vicino al parco acquatico "Baku"). Il complesso è Las Americas, che è una gated community sicura. È facile raggiungere a piedi le spiagge naturali del Parque e i bar e i negozi del centro città. La proprietà si trova sulla stessa fila della piscina che si trova nelle vicinanze (la maggior parte non lo sono), quindi questo è anche un vantaggio per la casa.

    Dormirà facilmente 6 nelle due camere da letto della proprietà (due nella camera da letto possono ospitare 3) e in uno dei divani a tre posti nel soggiorno.

    C'è uno spettacolare 60sq. m solarium sul tetto con vista su Lanzarote e sulle montagne. C'è un appartato 50 mq. m patio posteriore piastrellato con barbecue (barbecue). Le due terrazze sono molto private e isolate dai venti. C'è un parcheggio privato fuori strada.

    C'è una piscina comune e piscina per bambini. ADSL ad alta velocità da 10 MB (Internet veloce) - digitale, direttamente al telefono (10 volte più veloce della maggior parte). Ci sono sedie a sdraio con schienale reclinabile, tavolo da pranzo esterno con 6 sedie, ombrellone.

Fabulous stay, Kev and Mags are absolutely fabulous hosts and they can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble they are kind, generous and extremely welcoming. The bungalow is well equipped, spotlessly clean and everything you could require for a relaxing holiday is available!

What a wonderful little find. Perfect place to stay not too far out of the main town and a supermarket just a short walk away. Really friendly and helpful hosts who went above and beyond for us. We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would love to return next year

Absolutely lovely stay at this villa. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday.The outside patio area is lovely definately a sun trap and we enjoyed using the BBQ It was exceptionally hot when we visited and aircon would really have helped but there were fans. We had a hire car but Lidl and Mercadona were easy walking distance and also walking distance to several restaurants . The pool area was great and never too busy.5min drive to water park and 10 min drive to the beautiful beach. Our hosts were excellent lovely to deal with and nothing was a problem for them .Would 10 /10 recommend this property

This apartment is very comfortable, in a quiet area, well equipped plenty with lots of glasses and crockery, the outdoor space is wonderful sun trap. Only a 30 minute slow walk into Corralejo.

Airport transfers with Margaret who was excellent and explained everything about the property on arrival. Great accommodation and location . Everything we needed . Best tv package ever (which you need for a 6 week stay) . 2good supermarkets nearby . Had a relaxing stay . Thank you and hope to return .

April 24 stay

Great 10 night break in April, picked up and dropped off at the airport by Margaret and Kevin who have a lot of useful information about the property which was as advertised and the island itself. Very spacious apartment and we spent a lot of time up on the roof terrace. A 20 minute walk into the main resort which is a perfect distance for us and lots of things to do close at hand. Would recommend staying here for a chilled out and relaxing break.

The Perfect Place for a Perfect Stay

This wonderful Bungalow has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is just as described and more... Lovely outdoor spaces, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen equipment. The Tv Equipment is one of the best i have come across. The services of Kevin and Margret are an added bonus and they are always available for any support you may need. We are now looking forward to our next stay later in 2025

comfortable house with with excellent privaty

Everything as described! I enjoyed every day in the house, the very private terrace and roof solarium. Breakfast on the roof with wonderfull view to the vulcanic mountains. I also enjoyed the walking tours in the impressive vulcanic landscape or along the coastline. The location is good for day trips in northern part and also down to central Fuerteventura.

Estancia cómoda y agradable

Muy buen alojamiento con dos terrazas, una de ellas con barbacoa. La comunicación con el propietario y la agencia muy fluida y muy serviciales. Lo único malo ha sido la plaga de hormigas y el calor ya que no había aire acondicionado.

Good property as described

A very well equipped apartment which made nights where we cooked very easy. Good outside space and sheltered for when it is windy. Great communication with the owners prior to arrival and also their representative on the island. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, maybe 25 to 30 minutes and the dunes are really a taxi ride. However, ti stay closer is more expensive.

Great communication pre stay and really helpful at check in and out. Brilliant apartment for the 2 of us - very well equipped (even had straighters). Loved the roof terrace, so peaceful and amazing views It’s about a 30 min walk to main crater egich is what we like and there are nearby bars and restaurants too, Ugly Duckling is our fave but you have to book in advance. Lots of taxis around for those that need them and only 5 euros to centre. One of the best equipped apartments I’ve stayed in and would definetely recommend.

The property could be perfect, the issue was that we found out on arrival that there was an issue with the pool and that affected the water pressure. Initially this didn’t worry us but as we were staying for 7 days the lack of pressure meant that washing/ showering was a big downsize. The pictures of the property need to be updated, we were expecting a bath, which is now a shower, although there would be no chance of bathing. The pictures also show not one but two pools and when we enquired about using the pool on Las Americas 2, we were told that we could use it. We booked the property with the idea of a bath and a pool, we appreciate that issues happen but we would have changed our booking if we had known in advance.The area is great and the closeness to shopping and bars/ restaurants suited us. It is a good 25 minute walk to the beach, which was fine for us, there are plenty of taxis readily available. Kevin and Marge were helpful providing a transfer from the airport and back.

Lovely stay, apartment good, lovely enclosed downstairs patio plus roof terrace , pool often empty , doors walk to some excellent eateries and bars , supermarkets nearby, about a 15 minute walk into town, transfer arranged with Kevin and Margaret who were both excellent representatives, really enjoyable stay . There is no air con for those booking but fans in bedrooms , TV has every channel you can imagine, football heaven !!
