La residenza gode di una posizione privilegiata. Si trova nella zona più esclusiva e tranquilla di Corralejo. Accesso privato e diretto alle piccole insenature e spiaggia di Corralejo, vicino al piccolo molo della zona commerciale e turistica. Ideale per gli sport acquatici come il surf o il windsurf o semplicemente per fare un tuffo in mare per 3 o 4 minuti a piedi o in piscina privata, sempre con la de Lobos e Lanzarote fronte Isla. Si trova in un momento tranquillo ma molto centrale. È possibile raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di svago e Centro Comercial El Campanario. Nella parte posteriore del centro è la stazione degli autobus che parte ogni mezz'ora per la spiaggia più vicina a El Cotillo e Puerto del Rosario. A 5 minuti di auto ha le 2 grandi spiagge bianche di Corralejo, expectaculares. Al termine di una di esse è una zona nudisti. 3 minuti dalla villa c'è un Pitch and Putt gli amanti del golf a 9 buche.
Dalla villa si può godere la vista del mare, l'isola di Lanzarote e Lobos Island e qualcosa di molto importante, respirando l'aria di mare per tutto il tempo,
La villa dispone per il vostro comfort: cucina, soggiorno, due camere da letto; un letto king size (2 x 1,90) con letto terrazza sul mare e un'altra con 2 letti singoli; due bagni, ripostiglio, piscina privata e solarium privato. 2 terrazze verso il mare, 1 terrazzo verso l'entrata principale con il suo piccolo giardino e due posti auto nel garage privato con telecomando

Conoscevo la zona di Corralejo e la villa ci è paiciuta Tutto perfetto la posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, la casa con piscina e patio e soprattutto la vista del golfo di Corralejo. Esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare.

L appartamento molto bello grande e ben tenuto anche la posizione molto bella davanti a Lanzarote e Lobos.L'unico inconveniente la cucina con molte formiche ovunque

We had a fantastic stay. We came out with our friends and the villa was a lovely size with plenty of outside space as well inside. A great distance away from the main centre of town, an easy walk in/back. Definitely recommend and would stay again

Overall this property was fantastic, with a range of balconies to choose from, to enjoy panoramic views of the harbour. We would definitely consider booking again.There were a few points that would have benefited the property: The gate on to the beach has a rusted and old lock, which was broken on one side. This could be difficult to open without some strength and the "knack"!There was not enough furniture to enjoy the balconies on upper floors. We appreciate most people eat out most nights, so aren't as concerned with the kitchen. However, wanted to eat in on a few nights and noticed, no baking trays, no oven gloves, no tea towels etc. The microwave was ancient! The boiler was not sufficient to accommodate four guests showering. I turned this up to Max and was just about ok, but really needed to be greater capacity.Towels were very old and small.None of those points would stop us booking again, but fixing then would have made things much more convenient.We had great communication with Sergio and his daughter, who worked very hard on the cleaning on the day we arrived.Thank you, we hope to stay again soon!

Insgeamt gesehen kann man nicht meckern - Aussenbereiche auf jedem Stockwerk - je nach Wind Temp oder Sonne grad im EG ein schneller Seitenwechsel möglich - Super Kühlschrank - Küchenausstattung ok - lediglich der eine oder andere Stuhl auf den ganzen Sonnenterrassen wäre noch eine Alternative

We Stayed here in April 24. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The main bedroom has amazing views across to Lobos island and Lanzarote and there is a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day. There a some small changes that would make this property even better. A table and chairs is needed on the main bedroom. Terrace and the roof terrace and a barbecue would be of benefit, there is a gate with direct access to the beach, however this could not be opened so we had to walk a litte further to the beach. We will definitely book again, the owner and property manger were very friendly and the communication was good.

Had a very enjoyable 11 days. Good location, seconds from the seafront. 5 minutes from Campanario centre with shops, bars & restaurants. 15 min walk to the strip. Views from the 3 terraces are great. Communications good & flexible check in, with Sergio waiting to greet us. Would definitely book again.

Excellent location, close to Campanario shopping centre and 10 mins walk into town. Fantastic views over Corralejo bay. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. There is sun all day on one of the 3 terraces, nice shaded seating and eating area. Could do with a couple of new sunbeds and some patio furniture on the bedroom terrace. Would definitely return.

Nous avons passé de fabuleuse vacances, la vue est époustouflante sur la mer rien a dire tout est parfait ,propreté ,literie ,piscine ect le seul bémol, il fait très chaud la nuit un ventilateur de plus aurait été le bien venu. Sinon maison situé également prêt des commerces tout en étant au calme ,nous recommandons vivement Olivier et Helena

Very happy with the property although would say not suitable for elderly as lots of stairs. Loved it overall, great seating area out the back with great views, lovely balcony with great views from bedroom and then the roof top where the views just get better. Love that you can actually hear the sea from the bedroom and the best view from a shower I have ever had. Very convenient for everything walk along the coastline or out the front to main strip where lots of shops and places to eat or just sit and watch the world go back. Would definitely return.

Nice, clean and tidy villa. Great view of Lobos and sea from bedroom even better view from the roof terrace of Lanzerote. I cannot fault the villa apart from all the channels on the TV are in German. But we watch the Lionesses win the Euros on it which was the most important thing we want to watch during our stay. I would highly recommend a stay in the villa and holiday in Fuerteventura. Will be returning soon.

A great apartment. There are 4 levels: The pool area, The lounge, dining kitchen and balcony level, The bedrooms level, also with balcony, And the roof terrace. All the upper levels have sea views and effectively you can sunbathe all day long if you wish. Overall a very pleasant experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

We came on a joint holiday having had some time in Playa Blanca on Lanzarote. The journey was simple, & it was a pleasure to get to the house. It has everything you could want in it regarding utilities (even a tumble drier), plenty of outdoor space, a pool, amazing views of the sea & Los Lobos island. The property manager was Sergio, who was lovely, & real a bundle of positive energy. Nothing is too much trouble for him, & he was great. The location was great, a minute walk to a cool little "popcorn" beach, & if you walk up the coast it's about 15 minutes to the "old town" & port of Corralejo. There are plenty of shops just 5 minutes walk away to stock up on essential goods. All in all could not fault this place, it's a gem!
