A great stay

We have had a fantastic time at this Villa. Very spacious, great outside areas and brilliant communication from the host. Lovely place to chill beside the pool or in the evening with a drink in the conservatory part. There are a couple of restaurants/bars and a supermarket around a 10-15min walk away. The main town area is around a 30-40 min walk away, which we didnt mind. This wasnt the first time that we have been to Corralejo, we have enjoyed it everytime and will definitely be back. Thank you to Miguel and Noelia for your great communication and assistance. Would highly recommend this villa.

Our stay for 1 week

Location was good. Little bit out of town but close to everything. Swimming pool and outside area was nice. Inside was fine, it wouldve been nice to have extra towels for everyone. The washing machine didnt spin so it left the clothes dirty. Kitchen was well equiped. Theres no ac and only one ceiling fan in the master bedroom so it was hot to sleep. Overall the stay was still nice!

schöner Urlaub in schöner Lage

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus welches etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die wirklich sehr gute Küchenausstattung und die hochwertige Ledercouch. Das Grundstück ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Grill ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer sind leider nicht mehr die Besten. Ein wirkliches Manko stellen allerdings die Liegen im Garten sowie deren Bezüge dar. Beides hätte schon längst erneuert gehört. Trotz Waschmaschine hätten wir uns mehr als ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch (Wechsel wöchentlich) pro Person gewünscht. Trotz der aufgeführten Mängel haben wir uns in diesem Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Una villa perfecta.

La estancia en esta villa ha sido inmejorable. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, sobre todo gracias a la piscina climatizada que nos permitió disfrutar igualmente los días de viento. El trato, tanto con el propietario como con la persona encargada del mantenimiento de la casa, también han sido excelentes. Sin duda volveríamos.

Good holiday

We have stayed at other villas on this complex before but this one is looking a bit tired and is in need of some upgrading and some extra touched that are missing, The sun beds are looking rather worn and there are no comfortable chairs outside to relax in if you want to sit out in the evening or just sit in comfort and read a book or have a drink Also some instructions on getting the tv to work would be useful as we had to ask the maintenance man when he came how to use it There were a couple of small issues but they were resolved immediately by the property manager so that was fine The villa was very clean on arrival and the pool was maintained regularly Overall we had a good holiday as we know the area very well but this villa needs some attention to make it more presentable and comfortable

Ein schönes Haus und netter Vermieter.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Ruhig und nicht einsehbar. Der Pool ist sehr schön und beheizt sodass man auch noch abends schwimmen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war bestens und wenn es ein Problem gab wurde sofort reagiert. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Enttäuscht

Lage : zu weit vom Zentrum. Haus : Innen und Außen abgewohnt. Sauberkeit : bis auf die Duschen gerade noch okay , wobei man der Reinigungskraft keinen Vorwurf machen kann. Auch wir haben den Schimmel nicht weg bekommen. Müsste saniert werden ! Der Außengrill war total verdreckt ! Schlüsselübergabe im Schnellverfahren nur in Spanisch . Pool war sauber und wurde gewartet. bei Problemen mit der Wasserversorgung wurde uns von der Agentur ( Miguel ) sofort Hilfe geschickt !!!

Lovely Villa

A nice place with kids. The private pool was the best! And the water was so warm! Location was good. Max 20min to walk everywhere. Quiet area. I definitely rented it again. We have a rental car hole holiday it was easyer with the small kids but it not necessary. If you are traveling with small kids i recommend taking a baby monitor because the bedroom is separately to the livingroom/ kitchen. Overral i recommend! Nice place 🙂

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Super Betreuung, der Vermieter antwortet schnell, liebenswerter Check-in, sehr sauber, ruhig, tolles wohnen in der bewachten Siedlung, schnelle Anbindung an die Altstadt, neue Couch...alles super! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Ganz ok mit einigen Mängeln

Zunächst einmal das Positive, die Lage ist gut und die Villensiedlung macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Der Garten inkl. Pool ist sowohl wind- als auch blickgeschützt und der Pool ist sauber und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Der Wohnbereich hat in der letzten Zeit scheinbar nicht so viel Liebe bekommen. Alle Zimmer wirken etwas müde und abgenutzt. Insbesondere die Bäder zeigen Rostflecken und Schimmel. Entsprechend ist auch der Geruch. Auch der Grill im Garten, zumindest der Grillrost, hat die besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Außerdem war an einigen Stellen die Sauberkeit nicht wie erwartet. Insgesamt hätte ich für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet.

Lovely villa in an ideal location. Would definitely stay again. Only down side is that the bathrooms need a bit of attention, particularly the bath which we only attempted to use due to a bad weather day. Owner very contactable and a nice touch was the addition of a few supplies in the kitchen, water, biscuits, coffee etc

Lovely relaxing holiday

The Villa is lovely a quiet area. Privacy is excellent around the pool area and the (heated) pool and gardens are very well maintained.. Inside the facilities are excellent and importantly we found the beds comfortable. The only criticism we have is the fact that you have to ensure that the villa keys are on your person at all times, as the doors to the living area/kitchen and bedroom area (2 separate) entrances should they blow shut in the wind cannot be opened from the outside without the key. This obviously increases security but would be inconvenient should it happen whilst you were enjoying the sun around the pool. This is the only reason we didnt award 5 stars. We also had a small problem with the electricity switch tripping out but contacted Miquel and this was sorted very quickly. We would however have no hesitation in renting this villa again.

Sehr schöne weitläufige Villa, mit sehr schönen Pool der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde...

Wir hätten gerne 5 Sterne für diese wunderschöne Villa vergeben, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist was man braucht... Ja , wir hatten 3 Erwachsene und ein Baby wundervolle zwei Wochen dort... Der Pool schön warm und regelmäßig gepflegt... Alarmanlage für die ganze Villa... Die Villa ist in einer geschlossenen Anlage... Supermarkt fast um die Ecke... der super Strand ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt... Den einen Stern müssen wir abziehen , wegen dem sehr rostigen/braunen warmen Wasser in der Küche und im kleinem Bad... Aber ansonsten perfekt 😊😊😊 Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Schönes geräumiges Haus

Schönes Haus in ruhiger und sicherer Lage (Anlage ist durch ein Tor geschützt). Geräumig mit großzügigem Hauptschlafzimmer und großen Bädern. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Ein paar Tassen und Küchentücher mehr würden die Kücheneinrichtung perfekt machen. Der Eigentümer ist unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir hatten einen späten Rückflug und konnten das Haus nach Rücksprache mit Miguel sogar kostenlos bis nach 14.00 Uhr nutzen.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely week's holiday at this beautiful villa. It has everything you need to make a it a home away from home. As others have said, it is around a 20 minute walk into town and you can get a taxi home for less than €5. There are a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a small British food shop. There is also a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away providing all you need for the villa. Miguel provided excellent communication both before and during our stay and we were able to stay in the villa as long as we needed on our last day due to the next guests not arriving immediately after us. This was an added bonus! Overall it is a lovely villa which we did not want to leave

Belle maison bien conçu pour deux couples, tout est conforme au descriptif, le soleil a été de la partie et Miguel le propriétaire est très réactif aux échanges de mails. Très bonne semaine visite, baignade dans la piscine bien chaude et en mer un peu plus fraîche !!! ;-) nous reviendrons c'est sur !!!

ein sehr schöner Urlaub

ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Pool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. der Garten war schön bepflanzt und dadurch hat sich eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre ergeben. in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Ruhige Umgebung
