“Room was clean but there was no other facilities inside room. Even bathroom was not well maintained. Washbasin was in an open room and it was releasing bad gas from gutters. For what I charged it was not worth. I must say staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Made reservation online 05/24 for my wife, 2 children, and myself. I called in at 2pm same day to confirm reservation and for early check-in. Was advised reservation was received and that room isn’t available and cannot check in until 4pm. Arrived at hotel to check-in and my reservation was cancelled without any notification. Reception blamed Expedia but according to Expedia my reservation was active and not cancelled. Reception they are over booked and have to turn away 3 other customers that...

“Room was very clean. The only issues we had was the air conditioning was finicky. It was either super cold and super warm. When the AC was not on it took a moment for it to cool down, woke up sweating one night. Otherwise the complementary breakfast was a great benefit, perfect for feeding my little ones without going anywhere. We would stay here again.”

“We had a multi bedroom, my husband our 3 kids, and myself. The pool was clean and in the morning it was heated the kids loved that part. We used the hot tub it was clean and enjoyable. Kids said they would of liked more coverage instead of the see through glass. Breakfast was amazing. The kids loved they were able to make there own walffle and egg sandwich. They had so many options and 6am to 10am. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked. Only "complaints" was the soap and lotion...

“There were no dog waste containers or trash cans on the property to throw dog waste away! We had to go into the pool area and use the trash cans in there to throw away our dogs waste!”

“This property is in remarkable condition. The bathroom was awesome. Tile floors and walls Were tile and the fixtures were top quality. Breakfast was great and parking was easy and safe ”

“Partenza negativa… molto, stanza sporca (gocce sul tavolo, cucinino sporco, lenzuola macchiate). Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta per la tranquillità. Per arrivare a LA ci si mette un po’, ma si sa, il traffico è quel che è. Comunque, avvisata la reception del problema pulizia, alla fine abbiamo risolto… mi resta il dubbio se la lavanderia funziona, ora che siamo partiti… ”

“This travel did not happen. They weren’t accepting check-in because of the chemical spill or explosion that was going to happen nearby nearby so they could not allow for any check-in. They were going to evacuate not sure if they did, but I had to find another place. Total inconvenience. Not their fault. I’ve stayed here before. It was a great place. just disappointing that this was a tragic situation.”
