Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend.

I liked that when it came time to extending my stay for a few hours, and some other logistical things along the way I need help with, I am happy that the front reception staff helped me. They directed me to places I was interested in, and helped me with printing documents from my computer. The included breakfast was nice and delicious always! I liked the size of my apartment. I was spacious and comfortable. The only complaints I have for this hotel is: 1) The hot water for the shower was inconsistent. 2) I could not engage the hot water (in the bathroom where the bathtub was). Other than these few things, this was a good hotel for me to stay at.

El apartamento fue muy cómodo, solamente el problema o mi descontento fue el servicio del personal, no dan información sobre los servicios que ofrece el establecimiento desde sus servicios fuera del departamento como dentro, tuve que aprender por mi cuenta el uso de la tina de hidromasaje, con la susceptibilidad de que si lo malogra algo tendría que pagar, y el control de la televisión no funcionaba, por otra parte el desayuno fue muy bueno.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. Once we arrived the service was terrific, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty too and we appreciated the freshly brewed espresso. The one problem is contacting the hotel prior to your visit, emails are unanswered and we had to get Expedia involved. We tried to set up transportation to the hotel from the airport but it was a no show. Plenty of cabs at the airport and for 70 Bolivia is they get you to hotel. Just have your address written down and have taxi driver write the amount to confirm

Mediocre Stay
It was an okay stay overall. The website said staff could help with travel bookings, and that was a main reason I stayed there. But they didn't really have a lot of details themselves and didn't ask the agency all the questions I had. They kept referring me to the travel agency to speak with them myself - which is not really helpful because I can always call and speak to any agency myself. The room was okay - pretty cold actually so wish there was a space heater or extra blankets in the living room area. They showed me the pool and sauna area but not really how to work it - everything was turned off and how to turn it on was unclear.

Hotel was real nice. Apartment was clean and very comfy. Staff was friendly. Very good stay overall. Only area they need improvement is their WiFi, it was very slow.

Hotel layout not with guests in mind.
I have never been to a Hotel with a layout as bad as this one. The entrance to your room is an experience by itself, from the front office through a driveway and many doors and tourtous stairs. I asked about a phone charger at the front desk, and they said it would sent to my room right away. It never arrived!!!! Complementary breakfast? Skip it..

Exceptional..
Having traveled throughout South America for 2 years now, this is easy the best place I stayed out of all the places i had been - Brazil, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru. It was actually an Apartment with a kitchen, living room and bedroom; served a great breakfast and the staff were awesome!! I'm a researcher - used to working out of hostels and mid-range hotels - but this place was exceptional. They provided kitchen utensils for preparing meals, refrigerator, stove, pots & pans, dishes everything you will need. SuperMarket right next door and the Cable Car station right around the corner.. MUST NOT MISS and REASONABLE TOO!!

Spacious apartment
The apartment was really nice and spacious. There is a supermarket right next door. However we were very disappointed with the pool and sauna. We asked on the first day at the reception when the pool/sauna was open and we were told it was open in the afternoons, but that we could not use the sauna until the next day - that was fine, so the next day we decided to go in the pool (and had asked again to make sure the sauna would be ready/hot for using after the pool) We ended up waiting in the reception for 45 minutes before he said we could go to the pool and when we got there the sauna was not even on and the pool was still being filled with water, so we decided to go back to our room. An hour later the reception called to apologize and said that now everything was ready... so we went back and used the pool (which was a bit too cold) We did not use the sauna because it was only about 25-30 degrees warm...

Regular, el hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son muy cómodas pero la calidad del servicio no es la mejor. Me llamaron varias veces para confirmar mi reserva porque estaba lleno siendo que el pago ya se había realizado. Algo que es incómodo sin van en coche es que si entra más de un auto ud mismo deberá mover los otros porque aparentemente nadie sabe manejar en el hotel.
Muchas gracias por su comentario y su calificación, es importante para nosotros, comentarle que implementamos el servicio de vallet parking para su mayor comodidad e incorporamos nuevos estacionamientos, lo estaremos esperando para una próxima vez saludos cordiales

This would be a great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere for an extended stay, or with a family. I was traveling alone so it was a little too big for me, but it was clean and I felt safe. The prices weren't too bad, either! The location isn't very close to the city center, but it's still easy to get to and from in minibus or micro. Este hotel sería un buen lugar si estás buscando para quedarse por un tiempo extendido, o con la familia. Yo estaba viajando solita entonces la habitación fue un poco grande para mi, pero estaba limpia y me sentí segura. No puedo quejarme por los precios tampoco! No está ubicada tan cerca del centro pero fue fácil moverme del hotel hasta allá en minibús o micro.
