Designed for relaxing and sharing memorable moments after a day on the slopes, the living room opens onto a pleasant balcony where you can enjoy the fresh Alpine air and the lively atmosphere of the resort.

The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the balcony, providing the perfect place to wake up surrounded by the mountain scenery. A second bedroom completes the apartment, while a modern shower room and a separate toilet ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

For added convenience, the apartment also includes a private parking space, allowing you to park your vehicle with complete peace of mind throughout your holiday.

One of the apartment's greatest advantages is its exceptional location. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the ski lifts, ESF ski school, shops, restaurants and all the resort's amenities, allowing you to enjoy your stay without needing to use your car.

Bed linen and towels are included, and the beds will be made up before your arrival for a hassle-free start to your holiday. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, excluding the kitchen, dishes, rubbish disposal and balcony, which remain the responsibility of guests.

For your peace of mind, a security deposit will be required upon arrival in the form of a bank card pre-authorisation. This authorisation will be automatically released after your departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment, in accordance with our obligations as licensed real estate professionals.
