“The property condition and location were awesome. The problem was that there was a bar next door that played live music until midnight . I personally go to bed between 10:00 and 11: 00. Both me and my guests were unable to enjoy our rest due to this. You couldn't just hear the music you could feel it in your bed while you're trying to sleep. Not to mention all the traffic that was in the parking lot of the condo from The bar next door. Will definitely visit colonial Beach Virginia again but not...

“The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

“Apartment was exactly as it was described. Fit our group perfectly. Great location to the highway and the Nationals stadium. Also pretty close to the old RFK stadium which was where Warped Tour was. Would stay there again. ”

“Jerry was an excellent host! Apartment was cozy, heat and air was quick to warm and cool. Bed was super comfy. Very quiet surroundings. The apartment was very clean except for bathroom which might have been to a recent flooding, not completely terrible- the soft towels and great water pressure made up for this. Recommend. ”
