“All'arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Dopo due giorni di richieste la gentile signora Jane ci ha assegnato la giusta camera. In entrambe le camere il wc non scaricava e l'acqua regolarmente mancava. Un vero disagio.
Inoltre la notte c'era un gran movimento di donne del luogo in visita agli ospiti uomini.... L'ambiente non è risultato adatto a turisti venuti per visitare i luoghi dell'isola. Non ci è piaciuto. Nota positiva il servizio colazione e cena...Buone....

“I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point.
The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. For a hotel positioning itself as luxury, this level of visible wear and lack of attention to detail is disappointing.

“I was fooled by the 9.2 review and chose this place, even though it is very old and dirty, and we spent about two nights in the heat with two kids due to a broken cooling system.
The internet was very weak and limited, and it would frequently disconnect, causing me to miss my online meetings.
More than 90% of the meals were the same every day during our week-long stay.
