“I had requested a handicap room that had a wheelchair accessible shower, restroom facilities. I had to work with two different front desk attendant in order to get the accommodations. The second front desk attendant was awesome in getting the accommodations I needed for my mother. It's vital that staff understand the needs of those with special needs.

“The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)”
