“Everything was great from early check in to late check out. Lots of staff, decent breakfast, clean all around, plenty of parking, and excellent location in Chino Hills!”

“Overall I liked this hotel, the room was decent for the price, and close walkable proximity to Knott's is great. The heated pool was nice, although its barely heated so more like "not freezing" - they really need to turn it up a couple degrees. The only thing I didn't like was limit of 1 parking pass per room when they had a ton of extra spaces for not busy wed/thur. because we had a friend with a 2nd car joining us. If its a sold out weekend, ok sure I get not every room could have 2 spots, but...

My son was stuck up on the ropes course. The metal part was stuck right before he was about to zip line which got me really nervous. So I told him he needed to come down.
