La Quinta Stay

Property was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Pool area was excellent although the pool was a bit cold. The property had a few problems: There were fans in the bedrooms and living area and the remotes were not specific to the room, so when one turned the fan light on in their room it activated the light in the other bedrooms or sped up the fan in other rooms. The garbage disposal stopped working. There were no instructions for using the firepit and we were unable to turn it on. There was no kleenex in the bathroom and only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for 8 people for 5 days. With a little more attention to detail the owners could of made the house feel more like home.

Golf trip

House was as advertised, everything was new and clean, easy to get to and check-in/check-out process was great. WiFi quit working so I reached out to the host, who contacted the owner and called me right back with clear instructions and it worked out perfectly. Kitchen was a little lacking as far as the utensils but we made due. Was a great stay and I’m looking forward to staying here again next year!

Golf week - 4 person stay

The Property was clean and tidy, rooms we super comfortable and the community was quiet and very safe. House was well equipped with sheets, towels and basic necessities - would definitely recommend the property

Underwhelmed and under equipped!!

Lacked sufficient cooking utensils and serving pieces, very dull can opener, no corkscrew, no firestarter for firepit, outdoor furniture was in unusable condition to sit on, no ping pong balls for the ping pong table, 1 trash bag for our entire stay - no extras, 3 washcloths for 6 adults. We were very disappointed for a PGA community rental!!!

Wonderful Property

We were very happy with property. Everything was really clean. We had easy access to the pool/hot tub/and work facility. We were, however, disappointed by the lack of communication: sent a text to the owner via the VRBO app and never heard anything back, sent a couple e-mails regarding the guest portal app and they went unanswered. With regards to check-in, we received several emails and would have been nice if all the details had been contained in one email. The pluses of the property outweigh communication issue, and we would definitely stay here again.
