Pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas ($150 per bed if pet hair is found).



The HOA prohibits street parking, with garage and guest parking for up to four.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.



Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability.
